Digital Radiography

This provides us with clearer images which in turn are better for diagnosing.  Digital radiographs also mean less exposure time and radiation to your pet then the standard radiographs.  Our radiology suite is built to ensure the safety of the Riverview Animal Hospital Staff and any pets that may be staying with us for the day, as the walls are completely lead lined so there is no scatter radiation affecting your pet.  If your pet is ill, we have the capability of sending the radiographs to board certified radiologists and having results that same day, while continuing care for your pet at Riverview Animal Hospital.
