While I may be a friendly doberwoman I am aware that some cats may not see me as being a friend but rather a foe. That’s why Riverview is hosting another “cat friendly day.” There will only be cat appointments so no smells of dogs or barking to be heard. The team at RAH is always good about making sure that cats are put into the exam room quickly so that they have time to acclimate and spraying the feline facial pheromone (the calming scent that cat’s release when they rub their faces on things) in the room and warm towel. This year we will have goodie bags for everyone that makes an appointment on cat friendly day as well a raffle for FREE revolution (heartworm prevention, flea prevention, ear mite medication and intestinal parasite dewormer!)
